Log into your Zinus account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the request within 100 days of delivery.
Prepare the Item
For small parcels, repack the item in its original packaging; for mattresses and large furniture, ensure the item is clean and ready for scheduled pickup.
Schedule Pickup or Drop-off
Depending on the item size, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for drop-off or coordinate with a local removal service for a convenient home collection.
