How long does it take for my mattress to expand?
Most of our mattresses expand within 48 to 72 hours. While you can sleep on it shortly after unboxing, we recommend waiting the full period for the foam to reach its maximum loft and comfort level.
What is covered under the Zinus warranty?
We offer a 10-year limited warranty on our mattresses and a 5-year limited warranty on our bed frames and sofas. This covers manufacturing defects and structural failures under normal residential use.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we provide free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days and delivered via FedEx or UPS.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 100-night trial for mattresses and a 30-day return window for furniture. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product for a full refund, provided it is in good condition.
Are Zinus mattresses CertiPUR-US certified?
Absolutely. All our foams are CertiPUR-US certified for durability, performance, and content. They are made without phthalates, flame retardants, formaldehyde, or harmful heavy metals.

All our frames feature our 'Easy as 1-2-3' assembly system. Every box includes all necessary tools and clear, numbered instructions to ensure you can set up your new bed in under 30 minutes.
